Beigel Bake is a short 5 minute walk from our Hanbury Street store. Beigal Bake is a local star and has been for many years. It was founded in 1855 making it the first beigal bakery to open on Brick Lane. In 1987, two brothers, David and Aron, purchased the business. They quickly involved their sisters, and from that point forward, the enterprise has remained a family-owned business. In 2002, the shop underwent a name change to "The Beigel Shop" and sported a distinctive bright yellow sign that became unmissable. This transformation earned the shop the nickname of "the yellow one." Delamina is a 5 minute walk through Spitalfields market from our Brushfield Street store. Delamnina was founded by wife and husband Limor and Amir. The restaurant draws inspiration from Limor's blend of East Mediterranean home cooking and her upbringing in Tel Aviv. It all started with their residency at Shoreditch house but have since moved on to open Delamina East in Shoreditch and Delamina Marylebone. Many of the dishes prioritize health-conscious choices, featuring grilling and roasting techniques with a medley of herbs and spices to enhance the flavours, with a significant portion catering to vegetarian preferences.
